县域产业结构集中度对经济韧性的影响——以河南省为例

摘　　要：选取2011—2020年河南省105个县域地区的面板数据,研究了县域产业结构集中度对县域经济韧性的影响及其作用机制.结果表明:县域产业结构集中度对县域经济韧性有显著的促进作用,消费市场规模的中介效应显著;面板门槛结果显示,县域经济发展水平对县域产业结构集中度赋能县域经济韧性有一定的影响,经济发展水平较高的县域产业结构集中度对县域经济韧性的促进作用更大;区域异质性检验结果说明,县域类型差异并没有改变县域产业结构集中度对县域经济韧性的显著性和系数符号,只改变了系数的大小.据此,建议从产业发展出发提高县域经济韧性,将县域地区划分为县级市和县,针对不同类型的县域地区制定不同的发展政策,以促进资源禀赋的有效利用与区域协调发展.The panel data of 105 counties in Henan Province from 2011 to 2020 were selected to study the influence of the concentration of county industrial structure on the resilience of county economy and its mechanism.The results show that the concentration of county industrial structure has a significant promotional effect on county economic resilience,and the mediating effect of consumer market size is remarkable.The panel threshold results show that county economic development plays a role in the influence of the concentration degree of county industrial structure on the resilience of county economy.The concentration degree of county industrial structure in the region with good economic development has a greater promoting effect on the resilience of county economy.The results of regional heterogeneity test show that the difference of county type does not change the significance and coefficient sign of the influence of industrial structure concentration degree on county economic resilience,but only changes the size of the coefficient.In view of this,it is suggested that improving the economic resilience of counties start from industrial development.Dividing counties into county-level cities and counties,we formulate different development policies for different types of counties,so as to promote the effective use of resources and regional coordinated development.
