摘 要:针对传统发电机转子质量大、转动惯量大的问题,提出了一种应用于汽车废气涡轮增压器低转动惯量的轴向磁通电励磁双定子双凸极发电机。该发电机转子夹在两对称定子中间,结构简单,稳定性高,适合高温高速的运行环境。根据该发电机的电感特性,推导了不同相数与不同励磁跨距下定转子的极数约束公式,运用有限元软件对两种绕组排布方式进行空载与负载仿真,经分析得出结论:励磁跨距2的绕组排布方式负载与空载的电动势谐波相较于励磁跨距1分别下降了5.07%和5.17%,输出电压脉动率降低了16.43%,较大地改善了轴向磁通电励磁双凸极发电机的发电质量。In view of the problems of large mass and large moment of inertia of traditional generator rotor,an axial flux electrically excited double-stator and double-salient generator with low rotational inertia is proposed for application on automotive exhaust gas turbochargers.The rotor of this generator,with a simple structure and high stability,is sandwiched between two symmetrical stators,which makes it suitable for high temperature and high-speed operation.Based on the inductance characteristics of this generator,a constraint formula for the number of poles of the stator and rotor was derived for different numbers of phases and different excitation spans,and finite element software was used to simulate the two winding configurations at free load and load.The analysis concluded that the winding arrangement of excitation span 2 reduced the harmonics of the electric potential by 5.07%and 5.17%respectively,compared to excitation span 1,and the output voltage pulsation was reduced by 16.43%.This greatly improves the power quality of the axial flux electrically excited biconvex generator.
