摘 要:针对某高层住宅剪力墙21层部分混凝土强度不足的工程结构,根据不同加固方法的优劣性,对置换混凝土加固法在剪力墙加固工程中的应用进行分析研究。本工程采用高强无收缩灌浆料来保证施工质量;在置换过程中,需建立安全可靠的支撑体系及置换顺序来支撑上部结构的安全,同时避免结构梁产生竖向变形和裂缝。本工程采用混凝土置换加固法效果较好,对其它类似加固设计具有较好的借鉴意义。Based on the a shear wall structure of high-rise residence stories with insufficient concrete strength in twenty-first floor,the advantages and disadvantages of different reinforcement methods are compared and analyzed.The application of replacement concrete reinforcement method in shear wall reinforcement engineering is analyzed and studied.In this project,high-strength non-shrinkage grouting material is used to ensure the construction quality.During the replacement process,it is necessary to establish a safe and reliable support system and replacement sequence.To support the safety of the superstructure,avoiding the vertical deformation and cracks of the structural beam.The effect of using coagulator replacement reinforcement method in this project is better,and it has a good reference significance for other similar reinforcement design.
