摘 要:燃料粒度组成对烧结矿冶金性能及生产技术经济指标具有重要影响。通过现场生产试验研究了焦粉粒度对酒钢3#烧结机烧结生产的影响,结果表明焦粉粒度过粗、过细都对烧结过程产生不利影响,在目前原材料及燃料破碎加工条件下,酒钢3#烧结机要求破碎后的焦粉粒级0~5 mm含量在78%~89%,粗粒级>5 mm含量的应该控制在11%~22%,且>5 mm含量靠近15%为最好,燃料组成应进一步降低粒度<1 mm的占比。The fuel particle size composition has an important influence on the metallurgical performance and production technical and economic indicators of sinter.The influence of coke particle size on the sintering production of 3#sintering machine of Jiusteel was studied by field production test,the results show that either too coarse or too fine coke particle size has an adverse effect on the sintering process.Under the current conditions of raw materials and fuel crushing processing,Jiusteel 3#sintering machine requires that the content of 0~5 mm coke particle size after crushing is 78%~89%,and the content of coarse grain size>5 mm should be controlled at 11%~22%,the content of>5 mm near 15%is the best,and the fuel composition should further reduce the proportion of particle size<1 mm.
