摘　　要：由于原料市场价格波动、新高炉投入运行、烧结机作业率低、故障率高等诸多因素影响,导致酒钢高炉烧结矿配比大幅度下降。通过加强原燃料管理、调整炉料结构、上部装料制度及送风制度等措施,逐步实践形成了低配比烧结矿炉料结构,实现了低配比烧结矿条件下高炉高产顺行。Due to the fluctuation of raw material market price,the new blast furnace put into operation,the low operation rate of sintering machine,the high failure rate and many other factors,the sinter ratio of Jiusteel blast furnace decreased significantly.Through strengthening raw fuel management,adjusting charge structure,upper charging system and air supply system,the low ratio sinter charge structure is gradually formed in practice,and the high yield of blast furnace is realized under the condition of low ratio sinter.
