摘　　要：热风炉是高炉炼铁工艺的主要配套设备之一,其作用是为高炉提供持续不断的热风。酒钢2号高炉6#热风炉为霍戈文型内燃式热风炉,后期使用过程中出现燃烧室靠蓄热室侧耐火砖塌落和开裂变形情况,热风炉送风温度急剧下降无法满足高炉正常生产。通过进行顶燃式悬链线热风炉改造,较内燃式增加了蓄热体重量,提高了热风炉送风温度,降低了高炉焦比和生铁成本。Hot blast stove is one of the main supporting equipment of blast furnace ironmaking process,its function is to provide continuous hot blast for blast furnace.6#hot blast stove of No.2 blast furnace of Jiusteel is a Hogwarts type internal combustion hot blast stove.During the later use,the refractory bricks on the side of the combustion chamber and regenerator collapsed and deformed,and the air supply temperature of the hot blast stove dropped sharply,which could not meet the normal production of the blast furnace.By reforming the top combustion type of 6#hot blast stove,the weight of heat accumulator is increased,the air supply temperature of the hot blast stove is increased,and the coke ratio of the blast furnace and the cost of pig iron are reduced.
