摘　　要：2205双相不锈钢锻件在锻造过程中发生断裂。采用金相显微镜、电子探针能谱仪等设备对2205双相不锈钢锻件进行了失效试验分析。结果表明出现大量脆性的σ相是2205双相不锈钢锻件产生失效的原因。2205 duplex stainless steel forgings broke during forging.The failure test of 2205 duplex stainless steel forgings was carried out by means of metallographic microscope,electron probe energy spectrum and other instruments.The results show that the failure of 2205 duplex stainless steel forgings is caused by the presence of a large number of brittleσphases.
