摘　　要：以第三冶炼厂处理低品位高杂混合原料的生产实践,详细论述了As对鼓风炉系统生产带来的危害,主要表现在降低烧结块软化点、助长炉结、恶化冷分系统等方面,并根据生产过程中表现出的问题,提出应对措施以降低砷对鼓风炉系统生产的影响,保障鼓风炉系统生产的良好运行。Based on the production practice of treating low-grade and high-mixed raw materials in the third smelter,this paper discusses in detail the harm brought by arsenic to the production of blast furnace system,which is mainly manifested in reducing the softening point of sinter block,promoting the furnace junction,worsening the cold sub-system and so on.According to the problems shown in the production process,corresponding countermeasures are put forward to reduce the impact of arsenic on the production of blast furnace system.Ensure the blast furnace system production good operation.
