摘  要:在国内锌冶炼企业利润空间急剧压缩的背景下,对锌冶炼过程中产生的净化渣进行综合回收成为各冶炼厂新趋势。结合西北某湿法锌冶炼厂净化渣有价金属综合回收效益不明显,针对铜渣、铅渣有价金属品位较低导致富集不足,造成有价金属损失等问题,分析其制约因素,为工业应用提出优化方案。Under the background of sharp reduction of profit margin of domestic zinc smelting enterprises,comprehensive recovery of purifying slag produced in the process of zinc smelting has become a new trend of smelters.In this paper,the comprehensive recovery benefit of valuable metals from purifying slag of a wet zinc smelting plant in northwest China is not obvious,aiming at the low grade of valuable metals in copper slag and lead slag leading to insufficient enrichment,resulting in valuable metal loss and other problems,the restriction factors are analyzed,and the optimization scheme for industrial application is proposed.
