摘 要:铝灰是电解铝、铝加工等熔融工序中产生的一种固体废弃物,由于铝灰成分复杂、铝元素的金属活泼性很强等原因,金属铝含量的准确检测存在很大难度。通过试验研究,对铝灰中金属铝含量检测的难点及可行性做了简要分析。研究表明,分级处理后的铝灰粒度越大金属铝含量越高;重铬酸钾滴定硫酸亚铁法适合检测二次铝灰中金属铝含量,不适合检测大颗粒铝灰中金属铝含量;酸溶铝检测法检测氮化铝含量低的铝灰数据可靠性很强。Aluminum ash is a kind of solid waste produced in the melting process of electrolytic aluminum and aluminum processing.Due to the complex composition of aluminum ash and the high activity of aluminum element metal,it is very difficult to accurately detect the content of aluminum.The difficulty and feasibility of detecting the content of aluminum in aluminum ash are briefly analyzed through experimental research.The results show that the larger the particle size of aluminum ash,the higher the content of aluminum.Potassium dichromate titrated ferrous sulfate method is suitable for the determination of aluminum content in secondary aluminum ash,but not suitable for the detection of aluminum content in large particles of aluminum ash.The data reliability of acid-dissolved aluminum detection method for aluminum ash with low aluminum nitride content is very strong.
