摘 要:对铜冶炼系统伴生铼回收系统产生的粗制高铼酸铵产品,进行了萃前液配制,萃前液中铼酸铵与主要杂质萃取分离和反萃取、铼酸铵结晶和重结晶工艺试验研究。在最佳工艺条件下,经过6级连续萃取、3级纯水洗涤和4级氨液反萃,实现铼萃取率99.9%;负铼有机相中铼反萃取率90%;反萃液中杂质与铼浓度之比达到7×10^(-6)的良好结果。The crude ammonium perrhenate product produced in copper smelting system associated with rhenium recovery system was prepared with raffinate.The extraction separation and reverse extraction of ammonium rhenate and main impurities in the raffinate,as well as the crystallization and recrystallization of ammonium rhenate were studied.Under the optimum conditions,the rhenium extraction rate was 99.9%after six stages of continuous extraction,three stages of pure water washing and four stages of ammonia extraction.Rhenium reverse extraction rate in negative rhenium organic phase is 90%;the ratio of impurity to rhenium concentration in the reflux solution reaches a good result of 7×10^(-6).
