摘　　要：由于CSP薄板坯连铸机结晶器为漏斗形,浸入式水口在结晶器的位置对中要求较高。水口安装满足垂直度和伸出包底的长度要求,还需满足扁平水口与结晶器的平行、中心一致等要求,浸入式安装过程对中、调整、锁定等操作相对较多,且操作至少由两人配合,浸入式水口受外力干扰的机会也自然较大。对CSP连铸机中间包浸入式水口安装质量事故进行分析、归纳,介绍了中包浸入式水口安装不当可能导致的事故类型和解决方案。Because the mold of CSP thin slab continuous caster is funnel-shaped,the immersed water outlet is required to be centered in the mold position.In addition to meeting the requirements of perpendicularity and the length of extending the bottom of the package,the nozzle installation also needs to meet the requirements of parallel and consistent center between the flat nozzle and the mold.In the process of immersion installation,there are relatively many operations such as centering,adjusting and locking,and the operation is usually coordinated by at least two people.The opportunity of external interference of the immersed nozzle is also naturally large.This paper analyzes and summarizes the installation quality accidents of immersing water outlet in tundish of CSP continuous casting machine,and introduces the types of accidents that may be caused by improper installation of immersing water outlet in tundish and the solutions.
