摘  要:低倍检验中发现20Cr钢存在低倍夹杂,利用扫描电镜及能谱仪对低倍夹杂的形貌及化学成分进一步分析,结果显示该低倍夹杂的化学成分与大包渣成分接近,通过分析该炉钢水冶炼过程,发现该炉存在冶炼时间过长、大包下渣检测未启用、引流开浇等异常现象,该炉大包下渣检测失灵,造成大包渣卷入中间包中,随钢流进入结晶器后被凝固坯壳捕捉造成低倍夹杂超标,针对此现象首先采取了稳定生产节奏、加强大包下渣的监测、定期对中包进行排渣等措施,后期轧材低倍夹杂明显减少,下一步通过中包技改,促进夹杂物上浮,进一步提高钢材纯净度。It is found that 20Cr steel has low-doubling inclusion in the low-doubling test,the morphology and chemical composition of the low-doubling inclusion are further analyzed by scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer.The result shows that the chemical composition of the low-doubling inclusion is close to that of the ladle slag.It was found that the furnace had some abnormal phenomena,such as too long smelting time,not enabled the detection of the slag under the ladle,and the drainage and pouring.The detection failure of the slag under the ladle caused the ladle slag to be involved in the tundish,which was caught by the solidified billet shell after entering the mold with the steel flow,resulting in the low-double inclusion exceeding the standard.In view of this phenomenon,measures such as stabilizing the production rhythm,strengthening the monitoring of the slag under the large bale,and regularly slagging the middle bale were taken to reduce the low double inclusion significantly in the later rolling period.The next step was to promote the inclusions to float and further improve the purity of steel through the technical reform of the middle bale.
