摘 要:针对酒钢CSP线生产的700 MPa级薄规格重卡车厢箱体钢,采用透射电镜(TEM)对不同工艺条件下的析出行为及微观形貌进行分析,观察其内部位错、析出粒子分布、大小,通过能谱分析析出粒子的种类,并利用ICP方法定量计算不同卷取温度下Nb、Ti的固溶量及析出量,从而确定了卷取温度对薄规格铌钛微合金钢强度指标的影响。According to the 700 MPa thin gauge heavy truck compartment steel produced by CSP line of Jiusteel,the precipitation behavior and microstructure under different process conditions were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and the internal parts of the fault,the distribution and size of precipitated particles were observed,and the types of precipitated particles were analyzed by energy spectrum.ICP method was used to quantitatively calculate the solid solution and precipitation amounts of Nb and Ti at different coiling temperatures,so as to determine the influence of coiling temperature on the strength index of thin size niobium-titanium microalloying steel.
