摘　　要：分析破碎机刀片的失效形式,优化选择经济适用、满足性能要求的刀片钢材,制定合理的工艺路线,改善热处理条件,提升基体材料性能及均匀性,控制热处理过程中的形变,保证刀片的性能满足使用要求。By analyzing the failure form of crusher blade,optimizing the economical and suitable blade steel to meet the performance requirements,developing a reasonable process route,improving the heat treatment conditions to improve the performance and uniformity of matrix material,and controlling the deformation in the heat treatment process,the performance of the blade can be ensured to meet the use requirements.
