摘  要:介绍了普碳钢、高碳钢热轧盘条表面结疤的类型,结合金相、电子探针对盘条表面结疤产生的原因进行了分析,并从钢水成分调整、铸坯二次冷却工艺优化、铸坯异常冷却问题改进及二冷室设备精度提升入手,提出了对应的防止线材表面结疤的控制措施,实施后取得了较好的效果,线材表面结疤得到了有效控制。This paper introduces the general carbon steel,high carbon steel hot rolled wire rod surface scarring type,in combination with microscopy,electron probe micro analysis,the causes of scarring on wire rod surface are analyzed,and the molten steel composition adjustment,casting secondary cooling process optimization and abnormal casting cooling problems to improve and increase of secondary cooling room equipment precision,puts forward the corresponding control measures to prevent wire surface scarring,after the implementation of the measures,good results were obtained and the surface scarring of the wire was effectively controlled.
