摘　　要：高速钢轧辊具有优异的耐磨性、粗糙度保持性能以及抗裂纹性能,使用寿命是传统热轧辊3倍,而且可以降低辊耗成本和提高带钢的表面质量,热轧工作辊采用高速钢已经替代传统材质的高铬铁轧辊。从高速钢轧辊工作层化学成分控制,辊面氧化膜质量评价,以及轧辊的入厂检测与跟踪等方面,对高速钢轧辊的应用提出了系统研究。High speed steel roll has excellent wear resistance,roughness retention performance and crack resistance,its service life is about 3 times that of the traditional hot roll,and it can reduce the cost of roll consumption and improve the surface quality of strip steel,high speed steel has replaced the traditional high chromium iron roll in the hot rolling work roll.A systematic study on the application of HSS roll is put forward from the aspects of chemical composition control of working layer,quality evaluation of oxidized film on roll surface,and inspection and tracking of roll entering the factory.
