摘  要:分析酸洗板凹坑形成,利用ANSYS软件研究了拉矫机内吹扫流场,提出了拉矫机内吹扫结构改进方案。结果表明拉矫时板面氧化铁皮团簇或大颗粒经拉矫机工作辊碾压在钢板表面形成凹坑。改进后吹扫梁上8个空气喷嘴与竖直方向成45°,喷嘴长度沿吹扫梁成倒V字形布置,各喷嘴喷出的气流之间的干扰明显减轻,带钢表面没有氧化铁皮颗粒滞留区。改进后吹扫梁上8个空气喷嘴与竖直方向成45°,每个喷嘴只留下方4个狭缝,喷嘴狭缝喷射的空气只向下吹扫,带钢表面没有氧化铁皮颗粒滞留区。The pit formation of pickling plate was analyzed,the purge flow field in the tension straightening machine is studied by using ANSYS software,and the improvement schemes of the purge structure in the tension straightening machine were proposed.The results showed that during tension straightening,the oxide scale clusters or large particles on the plate surface are rolled by the work roll of the tension straightener to form pits on the surface of the steel plate.After the improvement,the 8 air nozzles on the purge beam are 45°from the vertical direction,and the nozzle length is arranged in an inverted V-shape along the purge beam.The interference between the air flow emitted by each nozzle is significantly reduced,and there is no iron oxide particle retention area on the surface of the strip steel.After the improvement,the 8 air nozzles on the purging beam are 45°from the vertical direction,and only 4 slots are left for each nozzle.The air injected from the slots of the nozzles is only purged downward,and there is no iron oxide particle retention area on the surface of the strip steel.
