摘 要:重型储仓结构广泛用于工业生产,尽管遵照现行设计标准规范能够满足结构体系的性能目标,但非结构构件及设备损害严重,对非结构构件与设备的抗震研究愈发重要。本文以某典型高架式储仓结构为研究对象,为研究储仓中储料装载量的变化对楼面反应谱的影响,建立了不同储仓装载量的设备-结构耦合模型。选择18组与加速度设计反应谱匹配的地震动为输入,对每个模型开展弹塑性时程分析,以得到储仓支承位置的非线性楼面反应谱。根据得到楼面反应谱特点提出了针对重型储仓非线性楼面反应谱的标定方法。结果表明,储仓装载量影响结构的自振周期以及非线性楼面反应谱峰值,使用的非线性楼面反应谱标定方法经振动台试验验证准确合理。Heavy silos are widely used in industrial activities.Following the modern design codes,industrial building structures could meet the performance objectives under earthquakes.However,the non-structural components and equipment tend to be seriously damaged,which requires further research efforts.In this paper,a typical elevated silo structure is focused.In order to study the influence of the change of the storage volume in the silo on the floor response spectrum,an equipment-structure integration model of different storage silo loading was established.Eighteen ground motions matching the acceleration design response spectrum were selected as input,and response-history analysis was carried out for each model to obtain the dynamic response of the structure and the nonlinear floor response spectrum of the silo support position.With the obtained floor response spectrum,a standardization approach for the nonlinear floor response spectrum of heavy silo was proposed.The results show that the storage volume of the silo would affect the natural vibration period of the structure and the peak value of the nonlinear floor response spectrum.The effectiveness of the nonlinear floor response spectrum standardization is verified by shaking table test.
