摘　　要：资本是市场经济的重要生产要素,是影响经济乃至社会发展的重要变量。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记就规范与引导资本提出了一系列新思想新观点新论断,特别是围绕“发挥资本作为重要生产要素的积极作用”“为资本设立‘红绿灯’”“促进各类资本良性发展”以及“规范和引导资本健康发展是党领导经济工作的重要内容”等方面发表了重要论述。习近平总书记关于规范和引导资本的重要论述是对马克思主义经典作家关于资本理论的赓续与发展,是对马克思主义中国化关于资本理论的创造性探索,擘画了新时代中国特色社会主义市场经济体制下资本发展新路径。在新时代中国式现代化建设新征程中,必须遵循资本的历史逻辑、理论逻辑、实践逻辑,科学地引导好、规范和利用好各类资本。Capital is an important factor of production in the market economy and an important variable affecting economic and even social development.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new ideas,new views and new assertions on regulating and guiding capital,especially,he made a series of important expositions on"playing the positive role of capital as an important factor of production","setting up a'traffic light'for capital","promote the benign development of various types of capital","standardizing and guiding the healthy development of capital is an important part of the Party's economic work"and other aspects.General Secretary Xi Jinping's important remarks on regulating and guiding capital are the continuation and development of the classical Marxist writers'theories on capital,and the creative exploration of capital theories in adapting Marxism to the Chinese context,which draws a new path for the development of capital under the socialist market economy system with Chinese characteristics in the new era.In the new journey of Chinese modernization in the new era,we must follow the historical logic,theoretical logic and practical logic of capital,and guide,standardize and utilize all kinds of capital scientifically.
