连续空间视角下中国产业转移规律的研究

摘　　要：以连续经济空间为切入点,构建了纳入劳动力增长与迁移、技术创新与扩散、土地使用权竞争的产业转移模型,通过研究中国的产业转移模式发现:劳动力增长和技术水平空间梯度是推动产业转移的条件,高技术水平衍生的高土地租金是产业转移的直接推力,也是区域经济增长的标志;中国的产业转移方向主要为南北向,东西向产业转移则不明显,只在东、中部的结合处出现了产业转移活跃区且范围有限;当存在技术水平“异常点”时,南北产业转移现象将更加显著;劳动力增长与技术溢出在推动产业转移方面具有同向性。国家在制定区域发展战略时,可将东部地区作为高质量发展的先行区。在东部经由创新驱动产业结构升级进而率先实现产业高质量发展后,借助技术溢出效应和创新引领效应,实现东西向、南北向区域经济的协调和高质量发展。鉴于中国劳动力增长趋缓的现实,可通过提高技术空间扩散效率降低其对产业结构演化的负面影响。Taking the continuous economic space as the entry point,this paper constructs an industrial transfer model including labor force growth and migration,technological innovation and diffusion,and land use right competition.The research on the industrial transfer mode in China shows that:labor force growth and spatial gradient of technological level are the conditions for promoting industrial transfer,and the high land rent derived from high technology levels is the direct driving force of industrial transfer and a sign of regional economic growth;the industrial transfer direction in China is mainly in the north-south direction,while the east-west industrial transfer is not obvious,and areas with active industrial transfer only appears in the junction of east and central regions with limited scope;when there is any"abnormal point"in technological level,the phenomenon of north-south industrial transfer will be more significant;labor force growth and technology spillover have the same direction in promoting industrial transfer.When formulating regional development strategies,the country can consider the eastern region as a pioneering area for highquality development.After being the first to achieve high-quality industrial development through innovation driven industrial structure upgrading in the eastern region,it can achieve coordinated and high-quality development of regional economies in the eastwest and north-south directions through technology spillover and innovation-driven effects.Given the fact that the labor force growth in China is slowing down,the negative impact on industrial structure evolution can be reduced by improving the efficiency of technological spatial diffusion.
