《针灸资生经》妇科病的选穴规律探析

摘　　要：目的:应用数据挖掘技术探讨《针灸资生经》治疗妇科病选穴规律。方法:整理《针灸资生经》所记载妇科疾病及其症状、用穴及针灸治疗手段。用Microsoft Excel 2019表格建立针灸治疗处方数据库,运用SPSS Statistics 21.0及SPSS modeler 18.0软件对数据进行描述性分析、关联规则分析与聚类分析,探究选穴规律。结果:《针灸资生经》全书共记载12种妇科疾病,涉及腧穴83个,共146频次,使用频次最高的穴位、经络和部位分别为中极、任脉和胸腹部,特定穴以五腧穴选用频次最多,针灸治疗手段方面,明确提及以艾灸为治疗手段的穴位频次占比25.3%。高频腧穴聚类分析得到4个效聚类群,关联分析发现阴交-中极、关元-阴交、关元-中极、关元-中极-阴交为支持度最高的穴组。结论:《针灸资生经》治疗妇科病选穴范围广泛,但趋势集中,重视任脉,突出先后天同调,注重远近配穴及特定穴使用,重视灸法,治法灵活,为后世治疗妇科病提供了思路和方向。Objective To explore the law of acupoint selection in the treatment of gynecological diseases with acupuncture zishengjing by using data mining technology.Methods To sort out the gynecological diseases and their symptoms,acupoints and acupuncture treatment methods recorded in the Zisheng classic of acupuncture and moxibustion.The database of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment prescriptions was established with Microsoft Excel 2019.The data were analyzed by SPSS statistics 21.0 and SPSS modeler 18.0 software for descriptive analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis to explore the law of acupoint selection.Results There are 12 kinds of gynecological diseases recorded in the whole book of Zisheng classic of acupuncture and moxibustion,involving 83 acupoints,with a total of 146 frequencies.The acupoints,meridians and parts with the highest frequency of use are Zhongji,renmai and thorax and abdomen respectively.The five acupoints are the most frequently selected for specific acupoints.In terms of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment methods,the frequency of acupoints explicitly mentioned that moxibustion is the treatment method accounts for 25.3%.The cluster analysis of high-frequency acupoints obtained four effective cluster groups.The association analysis found that Yin Jiao-Zhongji,Guanyuan-Yinjiao,Guanyuan-Zhongji,Guanyuan-Zhongji-Yinjiao were the acupoint groups with the highest support.Conclusion Zisheng classic of acupuncture and moxibustion has a wide range of acupoints for the treatment of gynecological diseases,but the trend is concentrated.It attaches importance to Ren pulse,highlights the same tone of heaven in succession,pays attention to the use of distant and near acupoints and specific acupoints,and attaches importance to moxibustion,which provides ideas and directions for the treatment of gynecological diseases in future generations.
