我国优秀散打运动员苗陈雷个人技术特征分析

摘　　要：散打是激烈的同场对抗项目,对优秀运动员的技术特征分析不仅有利于研究散打比赛的制胜因素,同时也对其他运动员有着借鉴作用。本文通过对优秀运动员苗陈雷2017-2019年参加5次赛事共计20场比赛来综合分析其技术运用特征,希冀为我国未来年轻散打运动员的技战术提升提供可参考依据。Sanda is a fierce competitive contact sport with one-on-one combat.The analysis of the technical characteristics of elite athletes is not only conducive to study the winning factors of sanda competitions,but also has a reference effect on other athletes.This paper comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of outstanding athlete Miao Chenlei in 5 large-scale competitions from 2017 to 2019 with a total of 20 matches,aiming at providing a reference for the technical and tactical improvement of China's future young sanda athletes.
