摘　　要：我国老年人口基数大且糖尿病患病率高,老年2型糖尿病人群成为我国糖尿病的主流人群。中国老年医学会老年内分泌代谢分会牵头组织,联合相关学会和聘请临床多学科专家共同制订了《中国老年2型糖尿病防治临床指南(2022年版)》。从护理角度对该《指南》的十六章要点提示中的护理相关内容进行解读,以期能够为临床护理者在老年2型糖尿病有效防治护理服务工作中提供指导。The elderly population in China is large and the prevalence of diabetes is high,the elderly population with type 2 diabetes had became the mainstream population of diabetes in China.The Geriatric Endocrinology and Metabolism Branch of the Chinese Geriatric Society led the organization,and jointly formulated“The Clinical Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in China(2022 Edition)”.From the perspective of nursing,the nursing related contents in the 16 chapters of“The Guide”are interpreted,in order to provide guidance for clinical caregivers in the effective prevention and treatment nursing services of elderly type 2 diabetes.
