摘　　要：目的探讨在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)患者的临床护理中应用耳穴埋豆干预对患者静息痛的影响。方法选取2019年5月—2021年5月医院血管外科收治的ASO患者66例,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组采用口服药物,并给予常规护理措施;观察组在对照组基础上应用耳穴埋豆。比较两组患者护理干预前后踝肱指数(ABI)、视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分和SF-36健康调查简明量表生活质量评分。结果护理干预前,两组患者ABI、VAS和SF-36生活质量评分的比较,差异无统计学意义。护理干预28 d后,观察组ABI、SF-36生活质量量表各维度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症伴静息痛患者的临床护理中应用耳穴埋豆,能够改善其肢体缺血情况,减轻疼痛程度,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of ear point embedding on resting pain in the clinical nursing of patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO).Methods 66 ASO patients admitted to the vascular surgery department of the hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principle of comparability of basic features between groups,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given oral medicine and routine nursing measures.The observation group applied auricular point to bury beans on this basis.Ankle-Brachial Index(ABI),Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score and SF-36 Breit Health Survey quality of life score before and after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in ABI,VAS and SF-36 quality of life scores between the two groups.After 28 d of nursing intervention,ABI and SF-36 quality of life scale scores in the observation group were higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);VAS score was lower than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing of patients with lower extremity arteriosclerotic obliterans with resting pain,the application of ear point embedding beans can improve the condition of limb ischemia,reduce the degree of pain,and improve the quality of life.
