摘　　要：目的探讨IKAP循环模式(认知-信念-行为循环干预模式)在日间病房化疗患者中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1月—2020年6月陆军军医大学第一附属医院妇科日间病房收治的妇科肿瘤化疗患者38例作为对照组,给予常规护理;2020年7月—2021年1月在妇科日间病房的38例妇科肿瘤化疗患者作为观察组,实施IKAP循环干预模式护理。比较两组患者化疗期间的治疗依从性、护理满意度及焦虑、抑郁情绪状态的临床效果。结果实施IKAP循环干预模式护理后,观察组患者治疗的依从性程度高于对照;观察组患者对护理满意程度高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者出院当天SAS和SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IKAP干预模式提高了患者治疗依从性,增强了患者治疗疾病的信心。焦虑、抑郁情绪程度明显缓解,改善了患者和家属的生活质量。患者满意度大大提高有利缓解护患矛盾,和谐医患关系。Objective To explore the effect of the IKAP cycle model(cognitive-belief-behavioral cycle intervention model)in chemotherapy patients in the day ward.Methods 38 gynecological oncology chemotherapy patients admitted to the gynecological day ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of the Army Military Medical University from January 2020 to June 2020 were selected as the control group and given conventional care,38 gynecological oncology chemotherapy patients in the gynecological day ward from July 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the observation group and implemented the IKAP cycle intervention model of care was implemented.The clinical effects of treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction and anxiety and depression during chemotherapy were compared between the two groups.Results After implementing the IKAP cycle intervention model,patients in the observation group were more compliant with treatment than the control group;patient's satification level in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the day of discharge,the SAS and SDS scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The IKAP intervention model improved patients'compliance with treatment and increased their confidence in treating the disease.The level of anxiety and depression was significantly reduced,which improved the quality of life of patients and their families.Patient satisfaction was greatly improved favorably to alleviate nurse-patient conflicts and harmonize the doctor-patient relationship.
