摘　　要：目的评价情绪释放疗法对慢性病患者焦虑抑郁症状及生活质量的干预效果。方法检索Cochrane Library、Web of Science、EMBASE、PubMed、Google schloar、CNKI、Wan Fang Data等数据库,自建库至2022年3月公开发表的有关情绪释放疗法干预慢性病患者焦虑、抑郁及生活质量的随机对照研究。研究者使用Revman 5.3进行分析。结果13项研究(1723例)符合入选标准。结果分析显示,与常规对照组相比,情绪释放疗法有助于减轻慢性病患者焦虑水平(SMD=-1.51,95%CI:-1.85~-1.17,P<0.01)、抑郁水平(SMD=-1.92,95%CI:-2.33~-1.51,P<0.01),提高生活质量(SMD=1.44,95%CI:0.49~2.40,P<0.01)。结论当前证据表明,情绪释放疗法是改善慢性病患者焦虑、抑郁水平和生活质量的有效方法。在慢性病患者中将情绪释放疗法与常规护理疗法相比较的高质量文献较少,需要进一步研究验证情绪释放疗法的有效性。Objective To evaluate the effect of emotional release therapy on anxiety and depression symptoms and quality of life in chronic disease patients.Methods Cochrane Library,Web of Science,EMBASE,PubMed,Google schloar,CNKI,WanFang Data were searched.A randomized controlled study of emotion-release therapy on anxiety,depression,and quality of life in chronically ill patients,published through March 2022.The researchers used Revman 5.3 for their analysis.Results 13 studies(1723 cases)met the inclusion criteria.An analysis of the results showed that,compared with a conventional control group,emotional release therapy could help patients with chronic anxiety level(SMD=1.51,95%CI:1.85~1.17,P<0.01),depression levels(SMD=1.92,95%CI:2.33~1.51,P<0.01),Increased vital mass(SMD=1.44,95%CI:0.49~2.40,P<0.01).Conclusion Current evidence shows that emotional release therapy was an effective method to improve the level of anxiety,depression and quality of life in chronic patients.There is little high-quality literature comparing emotional release therapy with conventional care therapy in patients with chronic diseases,and further research is needed to verify the effectiveness of emotional release therapy.
