摘 要:对油田常用的烷基咪唑啉PC-CI-LP1和吡啶季铵盐PC-CI-LP2两种缓蚀剂,进行了与破乳剂TPR-100、清水剂TPQ-202和防垢剂HPF-80的配伍性能研究。采用油田行业标准实验方法,根据现场实际工况条件,考察了两种缓蚀剂与其他药剂之间的配伍性能和相互影响关系。结果表明,吡啶季铵盐PC-CI-LP2与其他油水处理药剂的配伍性优于烷基咪唑啉PC-CI-LP1。In order to obtain corrosion inhibitors with good compatibility suitable for offshore oil fields,the compatibility of alkyl imidazoline PC-CI-LP1 and pyridine quaternary ammonium salt PC-CI-LP2 commonly used in oil fields,with demulsifier TPR-100,water cleaning agent TPQ-202 and scale inhibitor HPF-80 was studied.According to the actual field working conditions in the field,the compatibility and interaction between the two corrosion inhibitors and other agents were studied by using the standard experimental method of the oilfield industry.The results showed that the compatibility of pyridine quaternary ammonium salt PC-CI-LP2with other oil and water treatment agents is better than that of alkyl imidazoline PC-CI-LP1.
