摘  要:以多孔聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为基体,设计制备了具有磁性石墨烯(GO)微纳分级粗糙结构的磁性石墨烯海绵复合材料(PDMS/GO-Fe_(3)O_(4)),并进行了结构表征。实验结果表明,该材料对正己烷乳化油的吸附/分离循环6次后,分离效率保持率仍在90%以上;其压缩应力-应变测试表明,在60%压缩应变下可以承受34 kPa的应力,15次循环压缩后性能基本保持不变,弹性和机械强度良好。A magnetic graphene sponge composite material(PDMS/GO-Fe_(3)O_(4)) with magnetic graphene(GO) micro nano graded rough structure was designed and prepared using porous polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) as the matrix,its structure was characterized.The experimental results showed that the separation efficiency reached still over 90% after the adsorption/separation cycles of n-hexane emulsified oil for 6 times.The compressive stress-strain test showed that it could withstand the stress of 34 kPa under 60% compressive strain,and its properties remained basically unchanged after 15 cycles of compression,with good elastic and mechanical strength.
