摘　　要：在水力发电站中,水轮发电机组所属核心设备,机组安装工作质量和发电站运行安全与稳定有重要影响。目前,水轮机安装阶段通常由于固定结构、轴线轴瓦间隙、镜板受力、高程控制等方面存在问题,致使安装质量受到影响,威胁机组的安全运行。该文对以上问题展开分析,重点论述机组安装问题的解决之策,期待通过详细分析,找到机组安装质量缺陷和应对策略,不断提高安装质量,促进水轮发电机安全运行,保证供电质量。In the hydroelectric power station,hydroelectric generating units are core equipment,and the installation quality of the unit has an important impact on the operation safety and stability of the power station.At present,in the installation stage of the turbine,the installation quality is usually affected due to problems in the fixed structure,axis shaft tile clearance,mirror plate force,elevation control and other problems,threatening the safe operation of the unit.The paper analyzes the above problems,and focuses on the solutions of the installation problems of the unit,looking forward to finding the installation quality defects and countermeasures of the unit through detailed analysis,constantly improving the installation quality,promoting the safe operation of the turbine generator,and ensuring the quality of power supply.
