摘 要:针对目前建筑砖混类结构拆迁垃圾回收利用问题,对砖混垃圾破碎料进行筛分、分类,在调整其级配的基础上制备再生混凝土路面砖,并对其力学性能进行试验。经过试验发现,再生骨料中的废砖吸水量相对较大,需计算用水量;路面砖早期抗压强度、抗折强度与水灰比呈线性拟合关系,水灰比越大,抗压强度、抗折强度越小;在制备过程中掺入质量比小于3%的轻质物废料后,对路面砖的抗压、抗折强度无明显影响。In view of the current problem of recycling and utilization of demolition garbage of building brick-con⁃crete structures,the brick-concrete waste crushed material is screened and classified,and recycled concrete pavement bricks are prepared on the basis of adjusting their gradation,and their mechanical properties are test⁃ed.After testing,it is found that the water absorption of waste bricks in recycled aggregate is relatively large,and the water consumption needs to be calculated.The early compressive strength,flexural degree and watercement ratio of pavement bricks shows a linear fitting relationship and the larger the water-cement ratio,the smaller the compressive strength and flexural resistance.After the light waste material with a mass ratio of less than 3%is added during the preparation process,there is no obvious effect on the compressive and flexural strength of the pavement bricks.
