摘 要:为探讨水胶比、砂率、微粉/矿粉比和减水剂掺量对磨地坪再生微粉自流平混凝土的流动度和28d抗压强度的影响规律,采用四因素三水平正交试验设计,上述因素的水平依次取0.47、0.5和0.53,0.5、0.53和0.56,0.4、0.5和0.6以及2%、4%和6%。结果表明:(1)各组配合比磨地坪再生微粉配制自流平混凝土的最大流动度达70cm,28d抗压强度均超过40MPa;(2)各因素对流动度和强度影响程度为微粉/矿粉比>砂率>水胶比>减水剂用量,最优配合比为水胶比0.5、砂率0.5、微粉/矿粉比0.5、减水剂用量2%;(3)最大流动度随水胶比的增大而先增大、后降低,随砂率的增大而减小,随微粉掺量的增加先增大、后降低,随减水剂掺量的增加而先降低、后增加;(4)28d强度随水胶比的增大而增大,随着砂率的增大先增大,后降低,随微粉/矿粉比的增加而降低,随减水剂的增加而增大。In order to investigate the effects of water cement ratio,sand ratio,micro powder/slag powder ratio,and water reducing agent content on the fluidity and 28d compressive strength of ground floor recycled micro powder self-leveling concrete,a four-factor,three-level orthogonal experimental design was adopted.The above factors were taken as 0.47,0.5,and 0.53,0.5,0.53,and 0.56,0.4,0.5,and 0.6,and 2%,4%,and 6%,re⁃spectively.The results show that:(1)The maximum fluidity of self-leveling concrete prepared with ground floor recycled micro powder of each mix ratio can reach 70 cm,and all the compressive strength at 28 days ex⁃ceed 40 MPa;(2)The influence of various factors on the maximum fluidity and 28d compressive strength is in the order of micro powder/slag powder ratio>sand ratio>water cement ratio>water reducing agent dosage.The optimal mix ratio is that the water cement ratio is 0.5,the sand ratio is 0.5,the micro powder/slag powder ratio is 0.5,and the water reducing agent dosage is 2%;(3)The maximum fluidity first increases and then decreases with the increase of the water cement ratio,decreases with the increase of the sand content,first increases and then decreases with the increase of the micro powder content,and first decreases and then increases with the increase of the water reducing agent content;(4)The 28d strength increases with the increase of the waterbinder ratio,;With the increase of sand ratio,it first increases and then decreases;It decreases with the in⁃crease of the micro powder/slag powder ratio;It increases with the increase of water reducing agent.The above conclusions can provide reference for similar research and engineering applications.
