摘　　要：在强制性认证制度中,工厂质量保证能力要求是确保产品质量、保证后续大规模生产产品与被认证产品持续一致的重要因素。面向工厂质量保证能力设计与实施中存在的常见问题,根据《强制性产品认证实施规则工厂质量保证能力要求》(CNCA-00C-005)的相关要求,分析防爆电气产品实现过程中的设计、变更、生产、检验等关键环节要求。设计了工厂质量保证体系的技术体系,并给出关键环节实施要点。结合防爆电气产品特点,分析工厂质量保证能力可能存在的失效原因,并提出改善建议。该研究为防爆电气行业创新产品的高效认证提供操作指导。In the compulsory certification system,factory quality assurance capability requirements are important factors to ensure product quality and ensure that the subsequent mass production of products and certified products continue to be consistent.Facing the common problems in the design and implementation of factory quality assurance capability,according to the relevant requirements of“Implementation rules for compulsory product certification factory quality assurance capability requirements”(CNCA-00C-005),the design,change,production,inspection and other key aspects of the explosion-proof electrical product implementation process requirements are analyzed.The technical system of the factory quality assurance system is designed,and the key aspects of implementation are given.Combined with the characteristics of explosion-proof electrical products,the possible causes of failure of the factory quality assurance capability are analyzed and suggestions for improvement are made.The study provides operational guidance for efficient certification of innovative products in the explosion-proof electrical industry.
