摘  要:某精细化工园区污水厂设计规模为10 000 m^(3/)d,通过升级改造,使出水达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。生化前端新建臭氧催化氧化工艺提高废水可生化性,为后续生化处理提供有利条件;原有AO生化系统改造为AO+移动床生物膜(MBBR)提高COD、TN去除率;末端设置高密度沉淀池和滤布滤池去除悬浮物。经调试运行,改造后的处理工艺运行效果稳定良好,出水平均COD、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP分别达到26.7、2.44、10.9、0.14 mg/L。The design scale of a sewage plant in a fine chemical industry park was 10000 m3/d.Through upgrading and transformation,the effluent could reach the“Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant”(GB 18918—2002)Grade A standard.Newly added ozone catalytic oxidation process at the front of the biological process could improve the biodegradability of wastewater and provide favorable conditions for biological treatment.In addition the original AO biological system was transformed into AO-MBBR,which could improve the removal efficiency of COD and TN.Further,the end was equipped with high density sedimentation tank and cloth media filter to remove SS.After debugging and operation,the upgraded treatment process had a stable and good operation effect.The average effluent of COD,NH3-N,TN,TP was 26.7 mg/L,2.44 mg/L,10.9 mg/L,0.14 mg/L,respectively.
