摘 要:为研究注浆浆液在低渗透介质中扩散力学机理,以井工一矿4#煤层中X5陷落柱中填充物为研究对象,设计了能够进行观察浆液微观扩散过程的可视化高应力注浆试验系统,设计了间歇式注浆实验方案,得出泥砂注浆固结体的几何模型。分析实验结果可知,浆液的扩散过程包括形成裂隙内流动和孔隙渗透两部分。浆液在流动过程中,注浆压力随着沿程距离的增大而减小,渗流通道周边的浆液渗透到泥沙孔隙中,浆液在孔隙中的活动包括渗入、絮凝、破坏絮凝层等循环过程。In order to study the diffusion mechanics mechanism of grouting slurry in low permeability medium,a visual high stress grouting test system that can observe the micro diffusion process of grouting slurry is designed with the filler in X5 collapse column in No.4 coal seam of Jinggong No.1 Coal Mine as the research object,and an intermittent grouting experiment scheme is designed to obtain the geometric model of the mud sand grouting consolidation body.The experimental results show that the diffusion process of the slurry includes the formation of flow in fractures and pore infiltration.During the flow process of the slurry,the grouting pressure decreases with the increase of the distance along the path.The slurry around the seepage channel penetrates into the sediment pores.The activities of the slurry in the pores include the circulation processes of infiltration,flocculation,and destruction of the flocculation layer.
