马齿苋水提物对高脂血症小鼠血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨马齿苋水提物降低高脂血症小鼠血脂的作用.方法通过高脂肪饮食建立高脂血症小鼠模型,将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、高脂模型组、洛伐他汀组、马齿苋低剂量组、马齿苋高剂量组.喂养正常对照组时使用一般饲料,其他实验组使用高脂肪饲料,并且在饲喂同时按照其相应体质量进行灌胃给药.7周后,检测实验动物血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)含量.结果马齿苋水提物能显著降低高脂血症模型小鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA、ALT和AST水平(P<0.01),显著提高HDL和SOD水平(P<0.01).结论马齿苋水提物能显著降低高脂血症小鼠血清中血脂的水平,并能在一定程度上减轻喂食高脂饲料对实验动物的不利影响.Objective To explore the effect of Portulaca oleracea water extract in reducing blood lipid in mice with hyperlipidemia.Method A hyperlipidemia mouse model was constructed through a high-fat diet and randomly divided into normal control group,high-fat model group,lovastatin group,low-dose portulaca group,and high-dose portulaca group.The normal control group was fed with general feed,and the other experimental groups were fed with high-fat feed,and they were fed by gavage according to their corresponding weight.After 7 weeks,the contents of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in the serum of experimental animals were measured.Results Portulaca oleracea water extract could significantly reduce the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,MDA,ALT and AST in serum of hyperlipidemia model mice(P<0.01),and significantly increase the levels of HDL-C and SOD(P<0.01).Conclusion Portulaca oleracea water extraction can significantly reduce serum lipid levels and reverse the adverse effects of feeding high-fat diet on experimental animals to a certain extent.
