摘 要:以6个月大观光木幼苗为试验材料,在弱光下分别喷施不同浓度的氯化钙(CaCl_(2))和水杨酸(SA),测定叶片抗氧化酶和叶绿素荧光参数等指标,研究CaCl_(2)和SA处理对弱光胁迫下观光木的缓解作用.结果表明:在弱光条件下,观光木幼苗的SOD、POD、PPO、APX酶活性,可溶性蛋白含量,F_(o),F_(m),F_(v)/F_(m)下降,喷施CaCl_(2)和SA后这些指标均有所上升;同时,MDA含量、游离脯氨酸含量和NPQ上升,而喷施CaCl_(2)和SA后这些指标均有所下降.此外,随着CaCl_(2)和SA处理浓度的提高,SOD、POD、PPO、APX酶活性,可溶性蛋白含量,F_(o),F_(m),F_(v)/F_(m)先升后降,而MDA、游离脯氨酸含量、NPQ先降后升.综合分析可知:10 mmol/L CaCl_(2)处理和2 mmol/L SA处理对观光木缓解弱光胁迫的作用最好.可见,一定浓度的CaCl_(2)和SA可以缓解弱光带来的胁迫,而浓度过高,缓解效果下降.Six months old of Tsoongiodendron odorum seedlings were used as experimental materials.These seedlings under weak light stress were sprayed different concentrations of calcium chloride and salicylic acid,the indexes of antioxidant enzyme and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics from leaves were measured to explore the alleviating effects of calcium chloride and salicylic acid to Tsoongiodendron odorum under weak light stress.The results showed SOD,POD,PPO,APX enzyme activities,soluble protein content F_(o),F_(m),F_(v)/F_(m) of seedlings decreased under low light condition,but these indexes increased after spraying calcium chloride and salicylic acid.At the same time,NPQ,free proline and MDA content increased,but these indexes decreased after spraying calcium chloride and salicylic acid.In addition,SOD,POD,PPO,APX,soluble protein content,F_(o),F_(m) and F_(v)/F_(m) increased first and then decreased,while NPQ,MDA and content of free proline decreased first and then increased with the increase of calcium chloride and salicylic acid concentration.Comprehensive analysis showed that the treatment of 10 mmol/L calcium chloride and 2 mmol/L salicylic acid had the best effect on relieving weak light stress.It can be seen that a certain concentration of calcium chloride and salicylic acid can alleviate the stress caused by weak light.
