摘　　要：马克思主义法治理论是用辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的世界观、方法论研究法律现象而形成的基本理论观点,是马克思主义理论体系的有机组成部分。马克思主义法治理论的中国化从提出到完善、从丰富到立体历经百年,百年过程即是一个不断与中国具体实际相结合、不断与中华传统文化相结合的过程。新时代新征程的马克思主义法治理论已然为中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦提供有力法治保障,为治国理政提供理论支撑。“两个结合”命题的提出,揭示了马克思主义中国化的深邃逻辑,顺应了百年未有大变局深刻演进的国际背景,开辟了马克思主义法治理论中国化时代化新境界。在传统优秀文化中汲取智慧的力量,厚积当代中国马克思主义“时代精神精华”之底蕴,“两个结合”是未来继续成功的重要法宝。Marxist theory of rule of law is a basic theoretical viewpoint formed by studying legal phenomena with the world outlook and methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism.It is an organic part of Marxist theoretical system.The sinicization of Marxist rule of law theory has gone through a hundred years from being proposed to perfected,from being rich to being three-dimensional.The century process is a process of continuous integration with China's specific reality and Chinese traditional culture.The Marxist theory of rule of law in the new era and new journey has provided a strong legal guarantee for the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and theoretical support for governing the country.The proposition of"integration with China's specific reality and Chinese traditional culture"reveals the profound logic of sincization of Marxism,conforms to the international background of profound evolution without great changes in a century,and opens up a new realm of sincization of Marxist rule of law theory.Drawing on the power of wisdom in traditional excellent culture and accumulating the"essence of the spirit of the times"of contemporary Chinese Marxism,the"integration"is an important magic weapon for future success.
