摘  要:氯盐侵蚀环境与疲劳荷载的耦合作用显著影响钢筋混凝土结构的安全性和耐久性。本研究建立了钢筋混凝土结构在氯盐侵蚀环境和疲劳荷载耦合作用下的腐蚀疲劳寿命预测模型。该模型考虑了疲劳荷载对钢筋锈蚀速率的影响以及钢筋锈蚀引起的疲劳损伤累积的加速效应。以某工业厂房中6 m跨度钢筋混凝土吊车梁为例,评估了吊车梁的疲劳损伤与腐蚀疲劳寿命,并通过参数化分析讨论了吊车起质量、工作频率和氯盐侵蚀环境等级对疲劳损伤以及腐蚀疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明:吊车梁在设计工况下的腐蚀疲劳性能良好,在设计使用年限内未发生腐蚀疲劳破坏,且最终的腐蚀疲劳寿命为109.8年。吊车起质量、工作频率和氯盐侵蚀环境等级可以导致钢筋混凝土吊车梁的腐蚀疲劳寿命最高分别降低61.7%、45.9%和41.1%。The coupled effect of chloride attack environment and fatigue loading significantly affects the safety and durability of reinforced concrete(RC)structures.In this study,a corrosion-fatigue life prediction model of RC structures under the coupled action of chloride attack environment and fatigue loading was established.The proposed model considers the influence of fatigue load on reinforcement corrosion rate as well as the accelerated effect of fatigue damage accumulation induced by reinforcement corrosion.Taking a 6m-span RC crane beam in an industrial plant as an example,the fatigue damage and corrosion-fatigue life of the crane beam were evaluated.The impacts of crane lifting capacity,operating frequency,and chloride attack environment grade on fatigue damage and corrosion-fatigue life were evaluated using parametric analysis.The results indicate that the crane beam has a good corrosion-fatigue performance under the design service condition,no corrosion-fatigue damage occurs within the design service life and the final corrosion fatigue life is 109.8 years.Crane lifting capacity,operating frequency,and chloride attack environment grade can reduce the corrosion-fatigue life of the RC crane beam by up to 61.7%,45.9%,and 41.1%,respectively.
