摘 要:为了给钢纤维轻骨料混凝土(SFRLC)梁的设计提供受弯性能基本参数,对4根强度等级为LC40的SFRLC梁进行了单调荷载作用下的弯曲试验,测试了梁的开裂荷载、跨中位移、极限承载力和裂缝开展延伸形态等基本性能。试验结果表明:钢纤维的掺入提高了混凝土梁的开裂荷载、承载力和延性,并使梁截面的平均应变更符合平截面假定;在普通混凝土正截面梁计算式的基础上,综合考虑以上影响因素,修正了SFRLC梁正截面计算式;并在试验数据拟合的基础上,确定了相关参数。通过对比受弯承载力发现:采用该公式计算出的梁正截面承载力稍小于实测值,偏于安全,可给SFRLC梁的设计提供参考。In order to provide basic bending performance parameters for designing steel fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete(SFRLC)beam.Bending test under monotonic loading was conducted on 4 SFRLC beams with the strength of LC40 and the basic performance of the beams including cracking load,cross-displacement,ultimate bearing capacity and crack extension form were tested.Test results showed that the steel fibers can improve the cracking load,bearing capacity and ductility of concrete beams.It also indicated that the average strain of beam cross section accorded with the flat section assumption.Considering the above factors,SFRLC beams formula was amended on the basis of the calculation formula on ordinary concrete beam.The relevant parameters are confirmed on the basis of the fitting of the test data.It was found that the calculated values of normal section bearing capacity of the beam were slightly smaller than the measured values with the use of that formula by comparing the value of bearing capacity.Hence,the result was much secure which provides a reference for the design of SFRLC beam.
