摘 要:为了探究玄武岩纤维增强磷酸镁水泥混凝土的早期抗裂性,对短切玄武岩纤维含量为0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的磷酸镁水泥混凝土进行了早期抗裂性能试验,并且以试件裂缝的宽度和数量等作为评价指标,对比分析了玄武岩纤维的掺量对磷酸镁水泥混凝土早期抗裂性能的影响。试验结果表明:纤维体积掺量为0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的玄武岩纤维增强磷酸镁水泥混凝土,在早期抗裂性能对比试验后裂缝降低系数分别为8.2%、59.3%、78.0%。随着玄武岩纤维掺量的增加,磷酸镁水泥混凝土的早期抗裂性能逐渐提高。当体积掺量达到1.5%时,钢筋磷酸镁水泥混凝土的早期抗裂性能也有显著提高。To explore the early desiccation cracking behavior of basalt fiber reinforced magnesium phosphate cement concrete,early desiccation cracking tests were carried out on magnesium phosphate cement concrete with shortcut basalt fibers content of 0.5%,1.0%and 1.5%,and the width and number of crack specimens were used as evaluation indexes.The effect of basalt fiber content on the early desiccation cracking behavior of magnesium phosphate cement concrete was analyzed.The test results show that the fracture reduction coefficients of basalt fiber reinforced magnesium phosphate cement concrete with the volume of the fiber content of 0.5%,1.0%and 1.5%are 8.2%,59.3%and 78.0%,respectively.With the increase of basalt fiber content,the early desiccation cracking behavior of magnesium phosphate cement concrete increases gradually.When the volume content reaches 1.5%,the early desiccation cracking behavior of reinforced magnesium phosphate cement concrete was also significantly improved.
