摘  要:伴随着社会和经济发展水平的不断提升,人们的饮食结构发生了极大的改变,大米成为人们的主要食物之一,人们对大米的品质也提出了较高的要求,随之诞生了很多的精米厂。由于新建成的米厂中会增加很多的新设备,为了能够将新设备的最大价值充分展现出来,需要对米厂厂房进行优化设计,并做好设备的布置处理,还需保证操作及维修空间,并最大程度地节省空间,保证管路内物料更为通畅,且能够将扩展性体现出来。因此,需要对新建米厂的厂房进行合理设计,做好设备的优化布置处理,以便提升米厂厂房设计效果,使米厂的产量得到提升,满足米厂建设要求。本文对主机间设备进行介绍,分析新建精米厂厂房设计方案,以便能够为新建精米厂厂房设计及设备布置提供科学的依据。Under the background of the continuous improvement of social and economic development, people's diet structure has changed greatly. Rice has become one of the main foods of people. People have put forward higher requirements for the quality of food, and many fine rice plants building have been born. As many new equipment will be added to the newly built rice plant, in order to fully display the maximum value of the new equipment, it is necessary to optimize the design of the rice plant building, properly arrange the equipment, ensure the operation and maintenance space, and save space to the maximum extent, ensure that the materials in the pipeline are more smooth, and can reflect the expansibility. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out reasonable design of the new rice plant, and optimize the layout of equipment, so as to improve the layout effect and quality of the rice plant, increase the output of the rice plant to the greatest extent, and meet the construction requirements of the rice plant. This paper introduces the equipment between the main engine, analyzes the design method of the new rice plant, and expounds the layout method of the new rice plant, so as to provide scientific basis for the design and equipment layout of the new rice plant.
