摘　　要：采用风险分析的方法,对出口果蔬罐头的原料及种植情况、生产加工情况、主要贸易国(欧盟、日本、澳大利亚和新西兰以及美国)的技术法规要求和2020—2021年我国出口果蔬罐头产品被欧盟、日本、澳大利亚和新西兰以及美国警示通报的不合格情况等风险控制范围实施产品风险项目的识别,确定其风险等级,为下一步采取科学的监管打好基础。This article used the method of risk analysis,the risk control scope of raw materials,planting,production and processing of canned fruits and vegetables exported,technical and regulatory requirements of major trading countries(EU,Japan,Australia,New Zealand and the United States)and the unqualified canned fruits and vegetables exported by China in 2020-2021 were identified,and the risk level was determined,laying a good foundation for scientific supervision in the next step.
