摘　　要：过敏性紫癜是一种以感染为主要诱因的全身性小血管炎。过敏性紫癜肾损伤又称紫癜性肾炎,是过敏性紫癜最严重的长期并发症。诸多研究发现肺炎支原体感染是导致过敏性紫癜发病的重要因素之一,并可促进和加重紫癜性肾炎的发生和发展。现就肺炎支原体所致过敏性紫癜、紫癜性肾炎的临床表现及可能作用机制进行阐述,以期更好地了解其发生发展规律,为临床治疗提供新的思路。Henoch⁃schonlein purpura(HSP)is a systemic small vasculitis with infection as the main in⁃ducement.HSP kidney injury,also known as HSP nephritis(HSPN),is the most serious long⁃term complication of HSP.Many studies have found that Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is one of the important factors leading to the pathogenesis of HSP,and can promote and aggravate the occurrence and development of HSPN.Now the clinical manifestations and possible mechanisms of HSP and HSPN caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae are elaborated,in order to better understand their laws of occurrence and development and provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
