摘  要:“双碳”目标的提出对中国城市低碳转型速度与质量提出更高要求。随着新一轮科技革命与产业变革加速推进,数字经济日益成为推动城市低碳转型、助力“双碳”目标实现的新引擎。基于2011—2021年我国31个省份(不包括中国香港、中国澳门和中国台湾地区)中的285个地级及以上城市面板数据,运用固定效应模型、中介效应模型及面板门槛模型,实证检验数字经济对城市低碳转型的影响及绿色技术创新在二者间的中介效应。研究表明:数字经济发展能够有效推动城市低碳转型,且绿色技术创新在数字经济与城市低碳转型间发挥显著中介效应,在利用滞后一期被解释变量作为工具变量进行内生性检验,以及通过更换回归模型、更改样本量与更换控制变量进行稳健性检验后结果仍成立。数字经济对不同地区、不同等级城市低碳转型的促进作用具有异质性,对中部地区、普通地级城市低碳转型的促进作用更显著。在以城市规模为门槛变量情况下,数字经济对城市低碳转型的影响存在双重门槛效应,表现为边际递增的变化趋势。因此,我国在经济绿色转型关键阶段,应深挖数字经济发展潜力,优化城市绿色技术创新环境,差异化布局数字基础设施,优化城市间人口流动机制,以加速推进城市低碳转型。The proposal of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"puts forward higher requirements for the speed and quality of low-carbon transformation in Chinese cities.With the acceleration of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,the digital economy has increasingly become a new engine to promote urban low-carbon transformation and help achieve the goal of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".Based on the panel data of 285 prefecture-level and above cities in China's 31 principles(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan)from 2011 to 2021,the fixed effect model,mediating effect model and panel threshold model are used to empirically test the impact of digital economy on urban low-carbon transformation and the mediating effect of green technology innovation.It is found that the development of digital economy can effectively promote the low-carbon transformation of cities,and green technology innovation can play a significant mediating effect between digital economy and low-carbon transformation of cities.The results are still valid after the endogeneity test using the one-period lagged explained variable as the instrumental variable,and the robustness test of replacing the regression model and replacing the control variables.Further tests show that the promotion effect of digital economy on low-carbon transformation in different regions and different levels of cities is heterogeneous,which is more significant in the central region and ordinary prefecture-level cities.The threshold effect test finds that in the case of city size as the threshold variable,the impact of digital economy on urban low-carbon transformation has a double threshold effect,which is manifested as the trend of"marginal increase".Based on this,at the key stage of China's green economic transformation,the government should dig deep into the development potential of digital economy,optimize the environment of urban green technology innovation,promote the development of digital economy with differential strateg
