摘 要:轮胎胎面胶要求具备耐裂口和高耐磨性。本文以天然橡胶、顺丁橡胶进行并用,通过加入偶联剂Si-69和抗裂口树脂,探讨其对轮胎胎面胶耐磨、耐裂口性能的影响。实验以天然橡胶(SCR-5)、顺丁橡胶(BR9000)、偶联剂(Si-69)和抗裂口树脂为因子,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交表进行了试验,对胶料综合力学性能、耐疲劳性能及老化前后磨耗性能进行测试,得出四因子对胎面胶综合性能影响的主次顺序为SCR-5、BR9000、Si-69和抗裂口树脂。经验证:天然橡胶(SCR-5)90份、顺丁橡胶(BR9000)10份、偶联剂(Si-69)1份、抗裂口树脂1.5份的配方的胎面胶耐磨、耐裂口性可以达到最优值。Tire tread compound should have good crack resistance and high abrasion resist-ance properties.In this paper,natural rubber and cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber were blen-ded together as the matrix of tire tread by addition of coupling agent Si-69 and anti-cracking resin,and the effect of the additive agents on wear resistance and anti-cracking properties of the tire tread compound was discussed.The experiments were carried out with L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal table by choosing natural rubber(SCR-5),cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber(BR9000),coupling agent Si-69 and anti-cracking resin as the four factors,the comprehensive mechani-cal properties,fatigue resistance and abrasion resistance of the tire tread compound before and after aging were tested.The results showed that influence of the above four factors on compre-hensive properties of the tire tread compound was in the order of SCR-5,BR9000,Si-69 and anti-cracking resin.It was verified that abrasion resistance and crack resistance of the tire tread compound was the best by using the formula with 90 parts of SCR-5,10 parts of BR9000,1 part of coupling agent Si-69 and 1.5 parts of anti-crack resin.
