摘　　要：环保型充油丁苯橡胶SBR1763制备是为了适应市场环保需要和解决环保油供应稳定性问题而开发的新品种,研制过程包括:SBR1763基础胶乳的聚合、油乳乳化、胶乳与填充油的掺混、充油凝聚胶四个阶段,考察了环保重质环烷油油乳乳化条件、胶乳与油掺混配方、充油橡胶的物理性能。结果表明:小试合成SBR1763基础胶乳得到适合的油乳乳化条件和胶乳与油掺混配方;小试胶样,物性检测合格;工业化试生产出合格的SBR1763胶块,物性等指标均达到优等品标准,产品经宁波莱茵TUV测试环保指标合格。The preparation of environment-friendly oil-extended styrene butadiene rubber SBR1763 was to meet the needs of environmental protection in the market and solve the problem of stable supply of environment-friendly oil.The preparation course went through four stages:polymerization of SBR1763 basic latex,emulsification of the oil emulsion,blend of the latex and filler oil,oil extension and rubber condensation.The emulsification conditions of environ-mental heavy naphthenic oil emulsion,the blend formulation of latex and oil,and physical prop-erties of the oil-extended rubber were investigated.The results showed that the SBR1763 basic latex was synthesized in a small scale test,the suitable oil emulsion emulsification conditions and the formulation for mixing latex and oil were found,and physical properties of the latex samples were qualified.The qualified SBR1763 rubber block was produced in industrial trial production,and its physical properties and other indexes reached the superior product standard.The product environmental protection indexes were tested by Ningbo Rhine TUV,which were qualified.
