摘 要:论文简要介绍了二氯丙醇溶液精馏分离过程研究的目的、意义;通过Aspen Plus模型的建立、模拟计算,得到了大量的模拟工艺条件,为精馏分离试验提供了理论指导;参考模拟计算的工艺条件,进行了试验验证,考察了计算结果与试验结果的吻合度,同时确定了实际的精馏分离工艺参数。验证试验结果表明:试验结果与计算结果吻合度较好。This paper briefly introduces purpose and significance of the research on distil-lation separation process of dichloropropanol solution.Through establishment of Aspen Plus model and the simulation calculation,large numbers of simulation conditions were obtained,which provides theoretical guidance for the distillation separation tests.By referring to experi-mental conditions of the simulation calculation,the experimental verification was carried out,coincidence between the calculated results and the experimental results was investigated,and the actual process parameters of distillation separation process were determined.The verification results show that the experimental results are in good agreement with the calculated results.
