摘　　要：随着环保法规的日趋严格,单套硫磺回收装置不但在正常运行期间面临巨大的压力,在停工阶段的低负荷、残硫消除、加氢催化剂钝化等环节,绿色操作也存在诸多难题。本文结合齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂5#硫磺装置2020年9月停工阶段采取的低负荷掺烧天然气、“天然气燃烧气+氮气+蒸汽”吹硫、系统钝化、加氢反应器钝化等实际做法,介绍单套硫磺环保停工的有效手段,该环保停工方法可保证装置停工期间酸性气不放火炬,全程烟气SO_(2)排放达标,实现绿色停工。With the increasingly strict environmental protection regulations,the single sul-fur recovery unit not only faces great pressure during the normal operation,but also has many problems in green operation of shutdown stage,such as low load,residual sulfur removal,hy-drogenation catalyst passivation,etc.This paper introduces the effective means of environmental shutdown of single set of sulfur device based on actual practices adopted in the shutdown of 5#sulfur unit in Shengli Refinery of Qilu Branch Company in September 2020,such as low load blending of natural gas,"natural gas combustion gas,nitrogen and steam"blowing sulfur,sys-tem passivation,hydrogenation reactor passivation,etc.This environmental protection shutdown method can ensure that the sour gas not to be dischorged into the flare during shutdown of the u-nit,and the emission of flue gas SO_(2)in the whole process meets the standard,so as to realize the green shutdown.
