摘　　要：淄博齐鲁林德气体有限责任公司KDON-42000/30000型空分设备,因为分子筛的吸附性能下降,分子筛纯化器出口空气中二氧化碳含量超标,威胁着空分设备的安全运行。本文从工艺设计、分子筛性能、设备和阀门故障等方面分析了原因,介绍采取的措施和对策。Due to decreased adsorption performance of the molecular sieve,carbon dioxide content of outlet air in molecular sieve purifier was over the standard requirement in KDON-42000/30000 type air separation equipment of Zibo Qilu Linde Gas Limited Company,which threatercd stable running of the air seperation equipment.The causes were analyzed from aspects of process design,molecular sieve properties,equipment and valve failure,etc.,countermeas-ures and strategies were introduced.
